Before our first home tour, we will need to have a Buyer’s Agency Agreement signed. If you have not done a buyer consultation yet, that is completely fine. We can meet for the first time at the tour. During showings, I will learn about your goals, timeline, and budget while helping you get a feel for what you like in a home. After the first or second tour, getting a pre-approval is highly recommended so you are ready to act quickly if we find the one. Once the agreement is signed and you are pre-approved, we can schedule tours whenever it works for you.

A seller consultation takes place in your home so I can get a clear understanding of your space and its features. We’ll walk through each room together while I take notes on updates and help you decide what should be done before listing. We’ll also talk through your timeline and my full marketing approach, including staging and photography.
